Water Trek Aqua Route®
The Water Trek Aqua Route® system will be installed by waterproofing and building professionals in thousands of buildings all over the country this year. Soil composition and footing wall floor construction vary greatly from one structure to another - each basement is different. The Water Trek Aqua Route system is engineered to meet each individual sub-floor situation.

The Water Trek Aqua Route® system is comprised of two unique patented components. The design enables KC Waterproofing to solve any situation encountered under the floor. We can "custom tailor" each system to each sub floor situation encountered. Research proves that water originates from in front of the footing, as well as, from the footing foundation wall seam. The Water Trek Aqua Route® conduit has holes on both sides to handle both areas. The footing configuration in relation to the floor (slab) and the foundation wall is the key to installing a successful water proofing system. The Water Trek Aqua Route® is uniquely adaptable and can handle all four (4) possible configurations. Our exclusive, versatile, "no clog" self washing, adjustable depth system creates a dry basement - forever!

The Cove Base
The Cove Base is an integral part of the Water Trek two-piece system. It fits on the wall and channels water from the wall above the floor to the sub-floor Water Trek system. The Water Trek Aqua Route® Cove Base is unique in several ways:

• It can create a virtually airtight fit on most foundations eliminating potential radon gas, sub-floor smells or insects from entering the living space.
• At the same time it enables water from above (on the wall) to drain into the Water Trek Aqua Route® under the floor.
• It allows an air-tight seal when installing the "fieldstone wall solution".
• It can be applied on any footing configuration, easily adaptable to all sub-floor conditions.
• Eliminates the need for an "air gap" that most systems need to function.
• Slots on the bottom easily allow water from the footing to pass to the Water Trek Aqua Route system.

After installation of the Water Trek Aqua Route® system, you can rest assured your basement will be dry - its warranted! All members of KC Waterproofing's field installation teams are skilled tradesmen who complete intense classroom and field training at the Water Trek National Supply and Dealer Training Center in Massachusetts.

Water Trek Aqua Route® and the Cove Base
KC Waterproofing installs water proofing systems in finished basements daily. After we leave, it's as if we were never there. Designed to catch water from wall cracks, windows and tie rod holes. At the same time, keep a potential air-tight gap at the floor wall joint.

QUICK / PAINLESS / EFFICIENT / FOREVER
The sealed lid has three options:

• Sealed radon lid; Solid lid so pipes are hidden behind the wall, and carpet can be installed over the lid. Excellent for finished basements with a split lid for ease of pump services.
• The patented Alternator,™ an emergency device, allows you to customize the route from the discharge point to the area needed. Only KC Waterproofing® offers this option.
• Our unique Bubbler Pot™ with a drywell of stone underneath, is used to discharge the water from the Water Grabber® and the patented Water Trek® system and away from your home.
• Crack injection
  • Foundation Cracks are a major cause of leaks in foundations. To properly repair a leaking crack it needs to be sealed completely from one side of a wall through to the other.
